So I ran/walked about 1.5 miles this morning and I still feel great (except for the sore muscles and blister on my toe). I got up with Maddy during her 6am-ish bottle and then went on my run around the block after that. It was a great way to clear my mind, get a little exercise and stretch my lungs. *phew!* I will remember to take my inhaler along tomorrow! I definitely NEED to keep this up so I can get into better shape again & start feeling better about myself. But yay for a good start!
